[New York, NY – June 15, 2018] Mackenzie Shrieve, singer/songwriter based in New York City, premieres her debut single “Bitter to Me.” The single is currently available at all digital music providers.

As a queer and mixed race woman, songwriting gives Mackenzie the opportunity to talk about and share her feelings. She is currently studying songwriting and music therapy at NYU.

“Bitter To Me” is an anthem for the lovers who continuously give themselves away to the people who may not deserve it. It’s fusion of bluesy electric guitar and organ with sultry acoustic guitar represent passion and anguish clashing together.
