[New York, NY – July 1, 2021] Mackenzie Shrieve has announced details on her debut album, including title, tracklist, and album artwork. The 15-track album, In The While, will be released on July 22 via Satsuma Collective and is available for pre-add/save/order from today. 

This announcement comes after Mackenzie released two singles and accompanying videos: Running & Hiding in April 2021 and Car Lights in June 2021. Mackenzie has teased more videos to come with the album release.

In 2018, Mackenzie released her first single Bitter to Me and has reached over thirty thousand streams on Spotify. Since then, she released her EP Running in My Bed in 2019, which features her song Wonderful that has reached over eighty thousand streams on Spotify worldwide. Early in 2020, Mackenzie played a sold out show at Bowery Ballroom in NYC alongside Tor Miller and Charlie Brennan. In late 2020, her single in the before dropped with its accompanying video which leaves hints for new music to come later this year. Mackenzie has since released two singles from her debut album, Running & Hiding and Car Lights. NPR featured Mackenzie in The Best 2021 Tiny Desk Contest Entries We Saw This Week: Volume 3 for her unreleased song Didn’t I Tell Ya.
